Massey Ferguson took first place in the overall ranking of tractors and agricultural machinery in the 28th Brand Relationship Survey, conducted by Fenabrave. The survey, which assesses dealer satisfaction and its ability to generate results, highlights the manufacturer's commitment to its partners and customers.

Rodrigo Junqueira, AGCO General Manager and Massey Ferguson South America Vice President, highlighted the importance of the relationship with dealers. He stated that commitment to customer satisfaction is essential to ensure good experiences at dealerships and, consequently, in the field.

According to him, the Massey Ferguson dealership network is a fundamental part of the brand's success, as it enables a direct connection with producers, allowing for a constant exchange of information and improvements in processes.

Fenabrave's research, conducted since 2003, serves as an indicator for the agricultural sector, guiding automakers and dealerships in their pursuit of excellence. Massey Ferguson's good performance reflects the trust that producers place in the brand.

In turn, the National Association of Massey Ferguson Distributors (Unimassey) was also recognized as the best brand association, a sign of the collaboration between the manufacturer and its distributors.
