Massey Ferguson is participating in Expointer 2026 with a major new product: the MF 2700 tractor, a new series aimed at small and medium-sized producers that expands the brand's presence in the compact tractor segment. During the fair, which takes place from August 29 to September 6 in Esteio (RS), the brand will present a portfolio that brings together machines, precision agriculture, connectivity and services to increase the efficiency of agricultural operations.
The launch of the MF 2700 reinforces Massey Ferguson's innovation strategy for 2026. Throughout the year, the brand will present new products in different categories, including tractors, planters, harvesters, sprayers, and precision agriculture solutions. These launches expand the range of solutions for producers with different profiles and production systems.
"Our goal is to offer solutions that combine equipment, digital technologies, and services to make operations more efficient, economical, and productive, regardless of the size of the property," says Lucas Zanetti (in the video below), Product Marketing Manager at Massey Ferguson.
New series in the tractor portfolio. Resulting from a partnership with SDF, one of the leading global tractor manufacturers, the new MF 2700 series was developed to meet the needs of small producers and specialized activities, offering robustness, simplicity of operation and excellent cost-benefit ratio.
The models have power ranging from 35 hp to 60 hp, three-cylinder mechanical engines and eight-speed transmission, providing ease of operation and low maintenance costs. Platformed, they are suitable for horticulture, fruit growing, grains, livestock, general services, among others.
"With the MF 2700, we are expanding our operations in a strategic segment and now serve producers who are looking for a compact, robust, and reliable tractor for different applications. It is a solution developed for the reality of the Brazilian field, maintaining the durability and performance attributes that characterize Massey Ferguson," highlights Zanetti.
In addition to launching the MF 2700, Massey Ferguson is showcasing technologies at Expointer designed to increase efficiency at all stages of agricultural production.
Among the highlights is the MF 9S, the largest and most powerful tractor series from the brand in Brazil, equipped with automation, connectivity, and telemetry features for large-scale operations. The MF 5M and MF 6M tractor lines expand access to precision agriculture by making technologies such as autopilot and onboard connectivity available to a larger number of producers, in addition to offering simpler options with better cost-benefit.
The MF 3700 series caters to producers who demand greater power and versatility, with models ranging from 75 hp to 85 hp, four-cylinder engines, 8, 12, or 15-speed transmission options, 2WD or 4WD versions, and platform or cab versions. The line is suitable for crops such as grains, rice, citrus, livestock, fruits and vegetables, and general services.
In planting, the Momentum planter, in versions with 18 to 24 rows or 30 to 40 rows for large areas, incorporates intelligent weight distribution and input control technologies, ensuring greater uniformity in plant emergence, reduced waste, and better use of operational windows. For smaller areas, Massey Ferguson also offers the MF 500 rigid planter, which provides high planting quality and offers several agronomic benefits.
The FarmEngage platform allows producers to monitor the performance of machines from different brands in real time within a single digital environment, bringing together agronomic and operational data that support decisions to optimize the use of fuel, fertilizers, and pesticides, as well as increase productivity.
During harvesting, the MF 9005S series of axial combine harvesters incorporates improvements that provide better fragmentation and uniform distribution of straw, favoring direct planting of the following crop. The MF 500R sprayer combines precision application technologies to reduce input waste, minimize overlaps, and increase operational efficiency. The brand also offers haymaking solutions, developed to produce high-quality forage with greater operational efficiency.
