Her initiatives resulted in a significant increase in business, market share and customer loyalty.
In her new position, she has the mission of driving the growth of Massey Ferguson in Brazil. Its idea is to strengthen the commercial area, in alignment with the company's corporate vision and strategic objectives. His leadership promises to bring new life to the sales team, aiming for even more impressive results.
In turn, Breno Cavalcanti, appointed marketing director at Massey Ferguson Brasil, has been with the company since 2017. He has held several positions. His responsibilities included market intelligence, marketing, business development, pricing and commercial excellence. He implemented strategic projects, including sales incentive tools, loyalty programs, private label product portfolio and remanufactured parts.
With a career spanning 20 years, Breno Cavalcanti has accumulated experience in sectors such as automotive, banking, chemicals, telecommunications, services and retail.
