Massey Ferguson Guide, by Trimble, is the brand's new autopilot

Massey Ferguson presents its newest solution: the Massey Ferguson Guide, by Trimble. The cab tractors of the MF 7700 and MF 6700R lines will be the first equipment to have the factory-installed solution, available in the second half of 2020.

The technology offers farmers more autonomy in the field, in addition to allowing the producer to realize the benefits of the capital invested in the short term. “With the levels of precision that the solution is capable of delivering to the farmer throughout the production cycle, we can say that the rural producer will have a return of more than 800% on the investment made in contracting the satellite signal correction service. To find out more about what this return would be in a specific case, the farmer can request a demonstration from the local dealer”, explains Dener Jaime, Fuse AGCO South America product marketing coordinator.

The new Massey Ferguson Guide, by Trimble is equipped with a touch-sensitive monitor and Android environment, has several applications that help and facilitate operations and is highly intuitive. It has integrated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi allowing different forms of connectivity, meeting the demands of rural producers who seek the advantages of using digital agriculture. The system also has the practicality of the virtual terminal function, being able to work with implements that have standard ISOBUS technologies.

With the new solution, the operator will be able to no longer worry about maneuvering the machine at the edge of the field. The solution has an optional automatic header maneuver, which, upon reaching the end of each line, guides the machine to the next one, all in a safe and agile way, without losing the standardization of the operation, reducing operator fatigue and providing more ergonomics.

If the solution requires adjustment or the operator experiences any difficulty using the system, simply activate the TeamViewer application on the screen, and a technician from the Massey Ferguson dealership can guide you remotely, in real time, to resolve any doubts or even give some kind of guidance for the moment. This avoids unnecessary trips for diagnosis and solution, delivering a faster and more effective service, according to the producers' needs.

The technology has the xFill feature (factory-embedded), which allows the machine to continue working for up to 20 minutes after losing the RTK (Real Time Kinematic) signal. xFill Premium (optional service) guarantees the operation and precision of the equipment for an unlimited time in conditions of RTK signal loss, using the renowned Center Point RTX correction signal. This service will be sold by the spare parts area of ​​Massey Ferguson dealers.
