Massey Ferguson, synonymous with pioneering and modernity in the manufacture of agricultural machinery, brings to Agrishow 2016 – the main agricultural technology fair in Latin America – the MF 9030 sprayer, ideal for rural producers seeking greater productivity and precision in the application of agricultural pesticides . Manufactured in Canoas (RS), the equipment has a six-cylinder AGCO Power engine with 200 hp, combining performance and economy.
The MF 9030 has a flexible chassis, also known as FlexFrame, which guarantees better traction capacity on any type of soil, topography and helps with the stability of the spray bar even at higher application speeds. Another point to highlight is the construction of the chassis in structural alloy steel, without the use of welding and with non-rigid axles, in relation to the chassis, which allows the equipment greater flexibility and guarantees a longer product life. The sprayer also has one of the largest clearances in relation to the ground (1,65 m).
Furthermore, the equipment has a hydrostatic transmission system with 4x4 traction, which can drive the left front wheel together with the right rear wheel and vice versa (permanent cross). All this at three different speeds.
“The MF 9030 sprayer offers rural producers the best on the market. With exclusive solutions and onboard technology, the equipment can be used on any type of soil and topography, combining profitability, durability, high productivity and precision in the application of agricultural pesticides", says Vitor Kaminski, sprayer product marketing supervisor at AGCO.
When it comes to spraying, the MF 9030 is a reference on the market. With a capacity of 3.000 liters, the product tank guarantees great autonomy and efficiency, as refills are carried out with greater intervals of time, increasing daily productivity. The 25 or 28 meter spray booms are divided into seven sections. The spraying system managed through the C3000 controller in conjunction with the autopilot and automatic opening and closing of the boom sections guarantees greater precision in the application without wasting pesticides and with minimal environmental damage.
To guarantee operational comfort and, consequently, greater daily performance, the cabin is located on the sprayer’s wheelbase. This feature allows the operator not to receive the direct impact of irregularities in the terrain as in other equipment that has the cabin over the front axle.
As options, rural producers can equip the MF 9030 sprayer with the brand's recent onboard technologies, such as the AgCommand telemetry system.
