LongPing High-Tech Announces New HR Director in Brazil

Mírian Polastrini takes on the role with a focus on talent development

LongPing High-Tech has appointed Mírian Polastrini as its new human resources director in Brazil. The executive previously led the department as a manager and now takes on the role with the mission of strengthening people management, supporting employee development, and consolidating the company's organizational culture.

Joining the company since 2020, Mírian has coordinated HR processes in Brazil, including payroll, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and talent development. She also led the team's cultural and organizational transformation and supported LongPing's global expansion into countries such as the United States, China, Argentina, Tanzania, and Ghana.

She holds a degree in psychology from the Federal University of São Carlos and specializations from FIA Business School and King's College London. She has over two decades of experience at companies such as Bayer, Monsanto, Diageo, Itaú Unibanco, and Natura, where she led engagement, organizational change, and leadership development projects.
