Leonardo Campos do Carmo (pictured) has assumed the position of Country Manager for STK bio-ag technologies in Brazil. The executive will lead the company's operations in the country, with responsibility for growth strategy, financial performance, brand strengthening, and expansion of the portfolio of biological solutions for agriculture.
Agricultural engineer Campos has 23 years of experience in agribusiness, with a distinguished track record in managing large teams, consultative sales, technical assistance, and market development. He holds an MBA in Economics and Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA in Leadership and Management from Esalq/USP.
Prior to his new position, Leonardo Campos served as national manager for STK Bio-AG in Brazil, leading the commercial, marketing, regulatory affairs, and technical support areas. Throughout his career, he has worked for companies such as Lallemand Plant Care, Nortox, Coopercitrus, Bunge, and BASF, in addition to acting as a consultant and entrepreneur.
