Students interested in participating in the Basf Estações Internship Program have until next Sunday (13) to register for the selection process. In total, there are 11 vacancies available to work at the Santo Antônio de Posse Experimental Station (SP) and in the municipalities of Passo Fundo (RS) and Ponta Grossa (PR). The program has existed for more than ten years and 400 students have already gone through the process, 40% of whom are women.

To participate in the selection process, it is not mandatory to have knowledge of English. Juliana Justi, Human Resources Manager at Basf, highlights that Basf is one of the companies that invests the most in innovation for agribusiness. With the internship program, students have the possibility of contributing to this advancement, through learning in the field and in research centers. “Those interested will be able to participate in all stages of the development of new technologies for the agricultural area and also experience the day-to-day life of a large company”, comments Juliana.

Selected candidates must begin internship activities from January 2019. The program lasts six months, has a daily workload of eight hours (8h) and a grant of R$ 1859,00.

Ana Paula Meirelles, researcher in the Basf Herbicides area at the Santo Antônio de Posse Experimental Station (SP), was one of the program participants. “Participating in the internship at Basf trained me professionally. I had the opportunity to participate in the development of new solutions, to work with more focus and to deal with deadlines.” For her, the daily motivation for working at Basf is the recognition and appreciation of professionals within the company, in addition to diversity and integration with all teams. “The secret is to make the most of the opportunity”, concludes Ana Paula.
