Lar begins transferring results for the 2025 fiscal year.

Lar Cooperativa began this week the distribution of surplus and the return of capital related to the 2025 fiscal year to its members in Paraná, Mato Grosso do Sul, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul. In this phase, payments total R$ 160 million, as unanimously approved at the Ordinary General Meeting (AGO).

Of the total, R$ 101,3 million corresponds to the surplus from the fiscal year and R$ 59 million to the return of capital to retired members. Considering other benefits — such as bonuses for inputs, soybeans and corn, surplus from Lar Credi, Christmas basket and credits in capital accounts — the amount distributed reaches R$ 335,9 million, one of the largest results in the national cooperative system.

“The results of a cooperative should be shared with its members. As we grow and gain scale in our industrial processes, the gains become more significant and return to the cooperative member and the community,” stated the CEO, Irineo da Costa Rodrigues.

The distribution took place at the Producer Service Units, with the results presented by local leaders. The amount received by each cooperative member is proportional to the volume of business maintained with the cooperative throughout 2025.

During the event, Lar also honored 225 retired members — 190 in Paraná and 35 in Mato Grosso do Sul — recognizing producers with 40 years of membership or who met the age and minimum membership time criteria.

Historical results 

The cooperative ended 2025 with net revenue exceeding R$ 23,2 billion, a 14,4% increase compared to the previous year. Financial results reached R$ 983 million, a 6,6% growth over 2024.

Based on these figures, Lar projects a 2026 outlook focused on sustainable growth, investments in innovation, education, and production efficiency.
