A leader in livestock equipment, Kuhn do Brasil is showcasing at Agroleite a portfolio focused on one of the most sensitive pillars of dairy farming: nutritional efficiency and forage conservation. In a sector where feed quality directly impacts herd productivity and health, the multinational's innovations at the event stand out for ensuring high operational durability, recipe precision, and fiber preservation.

The solutions that will be on display at the trade fair from August 3rd to 7th range from industrial-scale mixers to advanced bale sealing systems that can be done in seconds.

Industrial mixing standard: Euromix 45.3 CL

One of the brand's highlights for large producers and feedlots is the Euromix 45.3 CL, a high-capacity total mixed ration (TMR) mixer. Designed for demanding operations, the equipment features three continuously driven vertical mixing augers and an effective capacity of 45 m³, capable of feeding up to 360 dairy cows in a single pass.

The model comes equipped with a transverse distribution conveyor (CL version) that features 250 mm of lateral hydraulic displacement on both sides. This system extends the discharge reach into the feed bunk and prevents the tractor tires from rolling over the feed. To ensure total diet precision, the equipment has an independent chassis equipped with 6 load cells and the advanced DTM Advance Cloud / Kuhn Datamix weighing system, allowing recipe management and monitoring directly from a smartphone or tablet.

The equipment's durability is ensured by the reinforced hopper roof and the option of K-NOX stainless steel lining, which protects the structure against mechanical wear and the acidity of silage. The transmission features a two-speed gearbox to facilitate starting under load with less tractor power required.

Automotive technology: SPV line

For properties requiring maximum maneuverability and agility, Kuhn showcases the SPV Power line, comprised of self-propelled vertical screw mixer wagons with capacities ranging from 12 to 17 m³. Compact and with an "all-purpose" concept, they are equipped with a 167 hp JDSP engine regulated with variable speed for fuel economy.

  • Version differences: the Power version offers greater cutting power (120 hp) and traction, while the Intense version offers a road speed of 40 km/h, a raised chassis, and reinforced front wheels for fast travel.
  • Ergonomics and visibility: the Visiospace cabin comes with a pneumatic seat, multifunctional joystick, VTI 60 screen and a monitoring system with 4 cameras integrated into a 7” monitor, offering a complete view of the rear, the mixture and the unloading process.
  • Nutritional performance: features the DG 8000-iC programmable electronic weighing system, which enables rigorous control of recipe formulation, batch-based ingredient management, and high traceability in food processing.

Perfect bales in seconds: VBP line

With a focus on forage conservation (silage, pre-dried forage and hay), Kuhn presents its combined solutions of round balers and wrappers, designed to seal the bale in seconds to prevent loss of nutritional value.

  • VBP 3200 Series (Variable Chamber): merging the renowned VB 3260 variable chamber balers (with Opticut integral rotor) with an intelligent baling system, plus 3D baling and the Intelliwrap system, guarantees perfectly sealed bales at a low cost. Operational control is performed via the Process Visualization interface using an Isobus terminal.
  • VBP 7100 Series (High Performance): The VBP 7160 model stands out for producing the highest density straw bales on the market. With a patented i-Dense density regulation system, it perfectly handles short and wet silages. The machine features an intake system for up to 33 knives, an optional Kuhn Twin film tying system, a reinforced BalePack chassis, and extra-large tandem wheels, ensuring high durability and performance in the highest class of combined balers.

The Kuhn do Brasil technical team will be present at Agroleite to advise producers on the best machine configurations to optimize the productivity of their farms.
