John Deere, a global technology company that provides equipment and software for the agricultural, construction, paving, and forestry sectors, is participating for the first time in the São Paulo International Motor Show, the largest automotive industry event in Latin America. From November 22nd to 30th, at the Anhembi District, the company will present its innovative solutions for construction and agriculture to the public, and is the only heavy machinery manufacturer at the event. John Deere's presence at the show is represented by Terraverde Máquinas, one of nine distributors dedicated to the construction line, which is part of a network with more than 100 sales points in Brazil.
The main highlight is the 624 P wheel loader, which combines technology and sustainability. “John Deere is globally recognized for its innovation, and that’s what the Auto Show demonstrates: powerful, connected equipment that offers the latest technology. Our goal is to highlight how this combination of strength and intelligence translates into performance, precision, and efficiency in different applications,” says Thomás Spana, Marketing Manager for John Deere's Construction division in Latin America.
The booth also showcases a giant of the field: the 7M tractor with 230hp, a solution that highlights the versatility of John Deere equipment and the company's integrated ecosystem of machines.
The 624 P wheel loader highlights the technological advancement of construction machinery, offering comfort, connectivity, and performance on par with modern vehicles, and is also adapted for the use of biofuels.
One of the key differentiators is the John Deere Operations Center™, a platform that centralizes information such as fuel consumption, location, productivity, and maintenance alerts. The data is automatically transmitted via telemetry, allowing for remote equipment monitoring and faster, more accurate decision-making. The machine also features an optional load scale that records the weight of transported materials, as well as the QuadCool cooling system, which increases component durability. The LED lighting system complements the technological package by offering greater visibility with lower energy consumption.
Performance is provided by the John Deere PowerTech Plus 6068H engine, which delivers 141 kW (189 hp) and 804 N·m (593 ft-lb) of torque, coupled with a five-speed PowerShift transmission that adjusts gears according to demand to ensure quick responses. The spacious and quiet cab was designed for long journeys, with a premium fabric seat, improved ergonomics, large windows, and an adjustable steering column. With this set of solutions, the 624 P offers productivity, comfort, and operational intelligence for different work areas, including construction, mining, and agriculture.
The 7230M tractor is a giant in the field in size, power, and technology. Its 6,8-liter engine delivers high performance with excellent torque reserve, while the expanded cooling system keeps temperatures under control and reduces fuel consumption even during heavy-duty operations. The machine is also prepared for the use of biofuels, increasing the efficiency and sustainability of operations. For those seeking precision, the AutoQuad™ and CommandQuad™ transmissions offer quick responses and automatic speed adjustments via the Efficiency Manager™, ensuring stable speed and more economical work. The tractor can also be integrated with the John Deere Operations Center™, which organizes operational data and facilitates daily performance monitoring.
Inside, the 7230M was designed for long journeys. The spacious and quiet cab features intuitive controls, an easy-to-read display, and full LED lighting, improving visibility at any time of day. The TLS™ front axle acts as a ride-smoothing system, reducing terrain impacts and increasing comfort. With a robust hydraulic system and large fuel capacity, the tractor combines power, control, and convenience, creating a consistent and efficient operating experience.
John Deere is also advancing in the use of biofuels, one of the most important fronts for reducing CO₂ emissions and other greenhouse gases in operations. Equipment already leaves the factory designed to work with higher biodiesel blends, and the company continues to invest to further expand the use of B100, pure biodiesel. This allows the operator to use a renewable, plant-based fuel, making operations cleaner without compromising power, durability, or productivity in day-to-day work.
