Jacto brings new drones and spraying technology to Expointer

Jacto announces at Expointer, which takes place from August 29th to September 6th at the Assis Brasil Exhibition Park in Esteio (RS), the expansion of its portfolio of agricultural drones. In partnership with DJI since 2024, the company will now offer the new T55 agricultural drone and the T100 agricultural drone with dual batteries, a solution that extends flight time and provides greater autonomy for operations in large areas.

“The new equipment joins the models already distributed by Jacto, the T70 and T25P agricultural drones and the Mavic 3M imaging drone, expanding the range of solutions for different operational profiles in the field. With technologies focused on spraying, solid distribution and cargo transport, the models reinforce the company's strategy of providing equipment that combines operational efficiency, precision and versatility,” says Rodrigo Madeira, Jacto's product planning manager.

The T55 model is a lightweight and intuitive agricultural drone designed for individual spraying, solids distribution, and aerial cargo transport operations. With a 50 L spraying capacity, a 55 kg solids distribution capacity, and a payload of up to 40 kg in the lifting system, it can be transported, mounted, and operated by a single person. The equipment reaches a maximum speed of 72 km/h, a flow rate of up to 50 L/min in spraying, and a discharge rate of up to 400 kg/min in solids distribution, offering high operational efficiency. It also incorporates millimeter-wave radar, a quad vision system, and enhanced algorithms that ensure greater safety, intelligent obstacle avoidance, and reliable operation even in rain, fog, or low light conditions.

The T100 drone with Dual Battery was developed to increase efficiency and productivity in the treatment of large agricultural areas. With two intelligent batteries, flight time is extended by 50% for the same load, providing greater autonomy and continuous operation. In the solid distribution system, it offers a payload capacity of 100 kg with a flow rate of up to 400 kg/min. In the lifting and cargo transport system, the capacity is up to 80 kg. In the dual battery configuration, the spraying system operates with a 90 L tank and a flow rate of up to 40 L/min, and can be configured with 2 spraying system models, ensuring versatility and efficiency in different agricultural applications.

BalanceControl and evolution of the Uniport line

Regarding self-propelled spraying, visitors will be able to learn about BalanceControl technology, a patented boom stability system available for the Uniport 3030 and 4530 sprayers, with 32- and 36-meter booms.

The solution integrates mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components that adjust the position of the spray booms in real time according to the terrain. The result is an operational gain of up to 30%, with more working time at the ideal height. Compared to conventional boom systems, BalanceControl provides up to 72% more coverage and 92% more droplet density per cm², a decisive factor for the effectiveness of contact pesticides.

Jacto also presents new specifications for the Uniport 2030 and 2530 sprayers, which now feature 11 application sections through MultiControl technology, promoting greater savings on pesticides. These models also incorporate the Unitrack directional system, which improves operational efficiency and reduces soil compaction, in addition to a track width adjustment from 3,05 to 3,6 meters, an option also available on the Uniport 3030. 

Highlights of the Jacto portfolio at Expointer

Jacto will also showcase other solutions from its spraying, fertilization, and planting portfolio at its booth. On display will be tractor-mounted sprayers from the Arbus, Condor, and Advance lines, developed to meet the needs of various crops with technologies focused on application quality, loss reduction, and increased operational efficiency. Also highlighted will be the Uniport 5030 NPK fertilizer spreader, designed for high operational capacity and precise fertilizer distribution, and the Meridia 200 planter, geared towards high-performance planting.
