ICL increases potassium sales by 22% in the second quarter

ICL reported sales of $468 million in the potash segment in the second quarter of 2026. This represents a 22% increase compared to the same period in 2025. The business's EBITDA reached $154 million, a 34% increase.

The volume traded totaled 1,081 million metric tons, an annual increase of 110 metric tons. The company directed the largest additional volumes to China, India, and Brazil. Production reached 1,058 million metric tons, an increase of 101 metric tons.

The average price of potassium reached $376 per ton, CIF. The indicator rose 13% compared to the second quarter of 2025 and 4% compared to the first three months of 2026.

The Growing Solutions division, focused on specialized plant nutrition, generated $605 million in revenue. This represents a 12% increase. EBITDA, however, decreased from $56 million to $50 million.

In Brazil, higher prices offset reduced volumes and kept sales stable. Gross profit fell due to a less profitable product mix and increased raw material costs. In Europe, higher prices and volumes boosted sales and gross profit. In Asia, increased volumes also supported the result.

ICL maintained its forecast for potash sales between 4,5 million and 4,7 million metric tons in 2026. The company also reiterated its projection for consolidated adjusted EBITDA between $1,5 billion and $1,7 billion. In the quarter, the group's total sales grew 17%, reaching $2,135 billion.
