Grain crops are the subject of yet another field research in Minas Gerais

To assess the conditions of grain crops in Minas Gerais and contribute to the preparation of the 11th 20/21 Survey, technicians from the National Supply Company (Conab) will go to the field between the 19th and 23rd of July.

Around 60 municipalities will be researched, distributed across nine macro-regions of the state. Among the variables monitored by technicians, the following stand out: area, productivity, phenological stage of crops, credit and financing of crops, diseases and pests and climatic factors.

Cooperatives, technical assistance companies, input resellers and rural project companies participate with information for the work. 

The information collected in the work, together with data from the other producing states, will be released on August 10th in the full bulletin on the Company's website and via the webinar at 9am, on the Conab YouTube channel.
