Boa Safra (B3: OJA3) achieved an important recognition in sorghum cultivation: it won the 1st place seal in productivity in the 2025 second crop season. The result was verified in surveys conducted by reference institutions, such as JL Consultoria, Fundação MS para Pesquisa e Difusão de Tecnologias Agropecuárias, Círculo Verde Pesquisas Agronômicas and Agrobelts.

The company's performance was driven by a portfolio of hybrids that stood out for their high productivity and regional consistency. According to the company, its seeds showed impressive results in different regions of the country, confirming their potential and adaptability.

Among the highlights, the BS 005 hybrid, the company's flagship variety, achieved 110 sc/ha in Entre Rios (MS) and 153,16 sc/ha in Indianópolis (MG), ranking among the three most productive in the evaluated areas. The BS 007 was the regional champion in Catalão (GO), with 153,1 sc/ha, demonstrating its high productive potential.

BS 222, recognized for its stability, recorded the best results in Uberaba (MG) and Chapadão do Sul (MS), with yields above 166 sc/ha. BS 326 established itself as the revelation of the cycle, leading in Anaurilândia (MS) with 106,7 sc/ha and reaching 160,3 sc/ha in Chapadão do Sul (MS), positioning itself among the most promising in the portfolio.

“These numbers reflect the strength of Boa Safra and the confidence of those who live the day-to-day life in the field. Our sorghum hybrids adapt to different production realities, guaranteeing high performance even in diverse growing conditions,” says Éder Santos, Sorghum Crop Consultant at Boa Safra.
