The Brazilian government recently received approval from authorities in Gabon, a country in Central Africa, of the phytosanitary proposal for the export of corn, sorghum, brachiaria and soybean seeds from Brazil.

From January to September this year, Gabon imported more than US$49 million in Brazilian agribusiness products, surpassing the total value exported last year, of approximately US$46 million.

With this announcement, Brazilian agribusiness reaches its 191st market opening in 2024, totaling 269 openings in more than 61 countries since the beginning of 2023.
