The forecast predicts high temperatures and unstable weather in Rio Grande do Sul.

The weekend is expected to bring high temperatures, increased humidity, and instability, with isolated showers in different regions of Rio Grande do Sul. After the passage of the cold front at the beginning of the week, the next few days in the state are expected to be predominantly dry with rising temperatures.

The information is contained in the Integrated Agrometeorological Bulletin 48/2025, produced by the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Sustainable Production and Irrigation (Seapi), in partnership with Emater/RS and the Rio Grande do Sul Rice Institute (Irga).

Friday (28/11): The low-pressure system is intensifying over the state, and maximum temperatures are expected to range between 30°C and 34°C. There are conditions favorable for the formation of storms with the potential for hail in the South and East as a consequence of an oceanic cold front.

Saturday (29/11): Sunny skies are expected across the state, with high temperatures in the west (around 33°C) and along the coast (between 24°C and 28°C). Isolated showers are possible in the western half of the state, with moderate to heavy rainfall and the possibility of hail.

Sunday (30/11): The advance of a cold front in Argentina should bring rain to the South and Western Border regions. The maximum temperature could reach between 36°C and 38°C in the North of Rio Grande do Sul.

Monday (December 1st): The cold front is expected to move through the night, bringing rain to the Central and Eastern regions and, throughout the day, to the Northern region of the state.

Tuesday (2/12): The day should be sunny with variable cloudiness. The maximum temperature should be between 20°C and 28°C in Rio Grande do Sul.

Wednesday (3/12): The forecast is for sunny skies with few clouds, and the maximum temperature may vary between 26°C and 32°C.
