Fernando Michel Wagner, a professional with two decades of experience in the agribusiness sector, assumed the position of "Institutional Business Executive Manager" Brazil at GDM. His career includes contributions to leading commercial teams, "go-to-market" strategies and access to new markets, especially in the area of ​​seeds.

Before joining GDM, Wagner played a role at Biotrigo Genética. He served as commercial manager for Latin America. During his four and a half years at the company, he led commercial strategies, pricing and client management in diverse markets, including Paraguay and Bolivia.

Previously, he held leadership positions at PM Horizontina, Imacol/Syngenta and Cotricampo.

Wagner has certifications from Fundação Dom Cabral, ESPM and IFF RS, institutions recognized for excellence in business education. His academic background is focused on agribusiness and marketing management.
