Aprosoja MT requests the Ministry of Agriculture and Conab to review the estimates and warns of losses in the field.
Fendt unveiled the fifth generation of the 800 Vario tractor at Agritechnica 2025. With three models (826, 829, and 832), the new Gen5 line covers power from 260 to 343 hp, featuring the Fendt DynamicPerformance concept, which adds an extra 23 hp on demand. The tractors were developed to meet the needs of contractors and large farms worldwide.
The powertrain combines the VarioDrive transmission with the 8-liter, six-cylinder CORE80 engine, approved for use with HVO100. The after-treatment system meets the Stage V emissions standard. The rated engine speed is 1.700 rpm, and the top model, the Fendt 832, delivers a maximum torque of 1.680 Nm from 1.200 rpm. The Fendt iD system operates at low engine speed and high torque, saving fuel in different operating conditions.
The new series features a completely redesigned cab. The lighting system reaches 114.700 lumens with UltraVision LED reflectors, which allow for individual adjustments and the creation of personalized profiles. The GroundVision function illuminates the rear hitch. The lights assist in tasks such as planting, spraying, or harvesting during critical times.
The operation is centralized at the FendtONE station, with up to three screens and profile customization. The Super Comfort Titanium Leather seat includes heating, ventilation, lumbar support, massage function, and user memory. The cab can be equipped with a heated laminated windshield, automatic air filtration system, and reverse steering control for rear implements.
The payload capacity reaches 7,6 tons, thanks to an operating weight of 9,9 tons and a limit of up to 17,5 tons. There are options for front weights up to 2,2 tons and a flexible ballast system. Dual tires and flanged or hub axles for different regional configurations are also available.
In the field, VarioDrive ensures independent four-wheel drive, maximum traction, and soil protection. The Fendt VarioGrip pressure control system reduces compaction. The new generation is equipped with a hydraulic system with up to eight valves (6+2), with a flow rate of up to 385 l/min.
For transport applications, the 800 Vario offers trailer brake assist, Fendt Reaction steering, FSC stability control, and axle and tire options. The new Fendt HighSpeed Guidance system allows for cruise control at speeds up to 40 km/h.
