Feather prices are on the rise in the national spot market, according to data from Cepea. Between August 16th and 23rd, the CEPEA/ESALQ Indicator, with payment in 8 days, rose a significant 5,1%, closing at R$ 6,6151/lp this Tuesday, 23rd. In the partial month, the Indicator accumulates increase of 10,48%.

Prices were influenced by concerns about supply in the Northern Hemisphere, especially in the United States (due to the dry climate), and by greater optimism regarding demand.
