The 51st Expocitros and the 47th Citrus Week concluded their 2026 edition, once again consolidating their position as the main events for the citrus industry in Latin America. For four days, the Sylvio Moreira Citrus Center/IAC, in Cordeirópolis (SP), brought together approximately 12 visitors, including producers, researchers, consultants, companies, students, cooperatives, industries, and agribusiness leaders, in an intense program focused on innovation, sustainability, plant health, the market, and the future of citrus farming.

With a full auditorium, strong activity at the booths, and broad technical participation, the events exceeded the organization's expectations by promoting a week marked by knowledge exchange, qualified networking, business generation, and strategic debates on the challenges and opportunities of the sector.

The technical program of Citrus Week featured in-depth discussions on citrus greening (HLB), climate change, phytosanitary management, irrigation, soil fertility, bio-inputs, sustainability, the international market, and new technologies applied to the field.

According to the director of the Sylvio Moreira Citrus Center/IAC, Dirceu Mattos Jr., the results of this edition confirm the strategic role of Expocitros and Citrus Week for the future of the sector. “We conclude this edition with a sense of accomplishment and the certainty that Brazilian citrus farming remains strong, connected to research, innovation, and global demands. We had an extremely rich week in terms of knowledge, networking, and building solutions for the sector. The Citrus Center is proud to promote an environment that brings together science, producers, companies, and the market around the development of the citrus chain,” he stated.

The 2026 edition also gained prominence in the specialized press and agribusiness media outlets, increasing the national visibility of Brazilian citrus farming. Portals, magazines, digital channels, and industry programs covered the technical debates, tributes, research presentations, and trends expected to impact the production sector in the coming years.

Expocitros reinforced its position as a showcase for innovation and networking for companies in the sector, bringing together 87 exhibitors linked to plant nutrition, pesticides, bio-inputs, mechanization, technology, irrigation, automation and sustainability, including Amazon Agroscience, FMC, Bayer, Solo Sagrado, Bayer and GreenHaas Group.

Another highlight of this edition was the strengthening of the sustainability agenda. Expocitros maintained its Carbon Neutral Event seal in 2026, reinforcing its commitment to responsible environmental practices aligned with the global demands of modern agribusiness.
