By correctly disposing of their packaging, producers receive receipts that are valid before environmental inspection bodies, complying with the provisions of decree 4.074/2002, which defines the return of pesticide packaging to the establishments where they were purchased. They must be triple washed, punctured, dried and with the lids removed for return along with the containers, to guarantee the possibility of recycling and transformation into other plastic inputs. Once collected, the containers go to accredited centers, are separated and sent to recycling units, where they are transformed into other plastic products, such as construction materials and new packaging for chemical products.
