Corteva names its seed business Vylor

Corteva has announced the name Vylor for the company formed from its current advanced seeds and genetics business. The unit previously had the provisional designation “SpinCo”. The planned separation is still scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.

According to a company statement, the name derives from the word "value." This refers to the new company's stance, focused on competing for opportunities.
