Agricultural engineer Fabiano Argenta (pictured) has been promoted to the position of regional Marketing "leader" at Corteva Agriscience. With extensive experience in market development and the biotechnology industry, he will be based in Passo Fundo (RS).
In her new role, Argenta will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts for the Row Crops area in the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, and Paraná, as well as managing the regional tactical marketing team. Her responsibilities include implementing sales campaigns, incentive plans, developing and launching innovations, as well as creating the regional marketing plan, expanding market access, and strengthening the commercial strategy in the territory.
Prior to the promotion, she worked as a Key Account Manager (KAM), responsible for the commercial management of Corteva's partner cooperatives in the North and Northeast regions of Rio Grande do Sul.
Throughout his career, he has worked for agribusiness companies such as Syngenta, where he worked for over five years, Ihara, where he remained for over two years, and Dow AgroSciences, where he held leadership positions in marketing.
Argenta holds a degree in Agronomy and a master's degree in Phytotechnics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).
