The use of soil improvers is essential to obtain high grain and pasture productivity. Through the Terra Boa Program, the Government of Santa Catarina facilitates access and acquisition of limestone for farmers.

A partner of the program and the farmer, Copercampos is already selling the input so that you can increase the fertility of the soil on your property. To purchase limestone, farmers eligible to participate in the program must collect the AR at the Epagri office and look for a Copercampos unit.

This year, the farmer can remove up to 30 tons of limestone. To purchase dolomitic limestone from the cooperative, the producer pays the equivalent of 2,5 bags of type II consumer corn (60 kg), worth R$40,00 per bag, for each ton of dolomitic limestone in bulk.

The municipalities served by Copercampos this year are: Abdon Batista, Anita Garibaldi, Água Doce, Brunópolis, Campo Belo do Sul, Campos Novos, Capão Alto, Celso Ramos, Cerro Negro, Correia Pinto, Curitibanos, Ibiam, Monte Carlo, Ponte Serrada, São José do Cerrito, Vargem and Zortéa.

Product withdrawal must be immediate, that is, upon issuance of the invoice and contract. The validity of the AR issued by Epagri is 60 days. The limestone acquisition deadline is April 17, 2023.
