Coopavel has 500 vacancies in slaughterhouses

Coopavel's Selection and Recruitment sector informs that it has 500 job vacancies open, for immediate hiring, for the production sector in the poultry and pork slaughterhouses located on the banks of BR-277, at the exit to Curitiba.

The starting salary is R$1,5, plus food vouchers of R$264,99 – which increases to R$320 after three months of registration. “This is an opportunity to work, earn income and be part of a cooperative with 51 years of tradition and which, in the last two years, has broken growth records”, informs president Dilvo Grolli. Coopavel closed 2021 with revenue of R$4,94 billion, 42% higher than that recorded in 2020, the best result so far.

Coopavel's Human Resources manager, Aguinel Waclawovski, informs that there are other benefits for employees. These include the possibility of joining the Coopavel Athletic Association, which offers employees access to a complete sports and leisure area. “There, we have sports fields and courts, a gym and a swimming pool.” Employees can also purchase on an internal market, with different prices, in addition to health plans (co-participation) and dental plans (by membership).
