InCeres and Senar/MT close partnership and launch webinar for rural producers

The National Supply Company (Conab) is under new management as of this Friday (22). The CEO who took over the leadership of the state-owned company is Newton Araújo Silva Júnior, a business administrator with a specialty in market analysis. Newton has been a technician at the house for 40 years, having held several management positions at the Company, including Superintendent of Social Supply and Manager of Modernization of the Horticulture Market. The latter was even designed by him, to monitor prices in Ceasas.
Guilherme Soria Bastos Filho takes over as Director of Agricultural Policy and Information (Dipai). With 26 years of experience in the agribusiness sector, the agronomist is a businessman and worked at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), the Brazilian Institute of Economics (Ibre), the World Bank and other institutions.
The Operations and Supply Directorate (Dirab) will be occupied by civil engineer Cláudio Rangel Pinheiro. With 49 years of experience in supply logistics, he worked at the country's main hydroelectric plants, such as São Simão, Água Vermelha, Itaipu and Tucuruí.
The administrator with expertise in business management and agribusiness, José Ferreira da Costa Neto, was appointed to the Administrative, Financial and Inspection Directorate (Diafi). Costa Neto will also occupy the People Management Department (Digep) on an interim basis.
The resolution of the Company's Board of Directors (Consad), with the names of the new executive board, must be published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) this Monday (25). The induction ceremony will be held next week.
