Colombo Agroindústria opens 700 job openings in the agricultural sector.

Job opportunities are available at the Ariranha, Palestina, and Santa Albertina locations in the interior of São Paulo state.

Colombo Agroindústria has opened approximately 700 job openings in the agricultural and automotive sectors across its three plants, located in Ariranha, Palestina, and Santa Albertina, in the interior of São Paulo state. The opportunities are tailored to the operational needs of each location.

The vacancies are distributed among different operational and leadership roles, with direct involvement in agricultural activities preceding the start of the harvest. Available positions include: Herbicide Applicator, Cane Loading Assistant, Agricultural Operations Supervisor, Agricultural Operations Manager, Driver (categories II, III and Flatbed/Crane Truck), Cane Harvester Operator, Machine Operator, Agricultural Machinery Mechanic, Automotive Maintenance Mechanic, Automotive Boilermaker, Lubrication Driver, Automotive Electrician, Automotive Lathe Operator, among others.

The opening of these positions coincides with the off-season period, when sugar mills intensify operational planning, carry out maintenance, and organize agricultural activities for the next production cycle.

“These hires are effective and part of our strategic planning for the next harvest. The off-season is a crucial period for preparation, and having qualified professionals on board now ensures greater safety, efficiency, and continuity in our operations. Opportunities are also open to people with disabilities (PWD), valuing diversity and inclusion in our team,” highlights the HR director, Marco Aurélio Seraphim.
