The company Nufarmv participates in another edition of Cocari Field Day - Agricultural and Industrial Cooperative. The technical meeting takes place on the 30th and 31st of January, in the municipality of Mandaguari in Paraná, with the aim of bringing new technologies and forms of management for soybean and corn crops to members.

According to Nufarm, the herbicides ZethaMaxx and Crucial, the insecticide for seed treatment Inside FS and the fungicide Rivax will be highlighted at the brand's stand.

The company's Trade Marketing manager, agronomist Carlos Amadeu, says that the herbicides ZethaMaxx and Crucial are at the forefront of the company's portfolio for weed control. ZethaMaxx, says Amadeu, has gained a reputation for leadership due to its performance in controlling invasive species that cause damage to crops during desiccation and pre-planting, especially horseweed and bittergrass.

Regarding the herbicide Crucial, which according to Nufarm has already been applied to more than 70 million hectares of crops and different crops, Amadeu points out that it is a strategic tool for controlling a wide spectrum of invaders. “Crucial’s formulation uses double salt technology and therefore the product acts faster compared to other glyphosates, including in rainy cycles”, summarizes the executive.

Producers who attend the Cocari Field Day will also learn more about the Inside FS insecticide, one of the items on the Nufarm platform for seed treatment, called SeedProtection. The product, as Amadeu points out, acts effectively to control the green-bellied stink bug and the corn leafhopper, as well as soybean-chewing pests, such as the elastic caterpillar, coró and soy anteater.

To control soybean diseases, Nufarm brings information to the event about the fungicide Rivax, described as a strategic tool for managing fungal resistance to active ingredients in products, as well as for controlling end-of-cycle diseases.
