Cocari acquired the Pivot Group and incorporated 12 branches in the states of Goiás, Minas Gerais, Bahia, and Tocantins. With this operation, the cooperative becomes one of the largest Case IH dealerships in Brazil and assumes the position of the largest Lindsay reseller in Latin America.

Eight units operate as resellers of Case IH and Lindsay machines in the cities of Goiânia, Cristalina, Catalão, Formosa, Nova Crixás and Uruaçu (GO), as well as Unaí and Paracatu (MG). Another four are dedicated exclusively to irrigation, in Goiânia and Rio Verde (GO), Luiz Eduardo Magalhães (BA) and Gurupi (TO).

Pivot Agricultural Machinery and Irrigation represents the global brands Case IH and Lindsay. Lindsay Brazil operates with irrigation and infrastructure solutions. Case IH supplies agricultural machinery with embedded technology.

The acquisition is part of Cocari's strategic planning. The cooperative already operates 11 Case IH stores through the Tratorcase network, with nine units in Paraná and two in Santa Catarina. With this expansion, it strengthens its presence in the Cerrado region and begins providing irrigation services in Bahia and Tocantins.

According to Cocari's president, Marcos Antonio Trintinalha, the operation brings the cooperative closer to its goal of R$ 10 billion in revenue by 2030. "We are now directly serving producers in Goiás and Minas Gerais with our own dealerships, expanding our offering of machinery, equipment, parts, and irrigation solutions," he states.

The president emphasizes that entering the irrigation segment expands the productivity potential in already cultivated areas. "Irrigation takes on a strategic role in light of land costs and environmental issues," he says.
