In the next harvest, Chinese company LongPing is expected to commercially offer sorghum seeds in Brazil. This is what the executive president of Brazil, Aldenir Sgarbossa (photo), said.

There are also plans to adapt Chinese soybean varieties to Brazilian conditions. If the plans come to fruition, they could be offered in the 2025/26 harvest.
