Chinese Consulate wants to maintain partnership with SNA

Consul Xu Yuansheng expressed interest in establishing a partnership with the institution to develop actions in the agricultural and educational sectors

Visiting the National Society of Agriculture (SNA) on Friday (12/4), the economic and commercial consul of the Consulate General of China in Rio de Janeiro, Xu Yuansheng, expressed interest in establishing a partnership with the institution for development of actions in the agricultural and educational sectors.

On the occasion, Yuansheng announced that the consulate is planning to soon hold an event that will aim to bring Chinese and Brazilian companies closer together. The consul stated that SNA's support will be important to promote the initiative.

The idea of ​​the event, according to the consul, is to encourage business between two countries and establish the signing of a memorandum of understanding on bilateral cooperation.

A partnership protocol between the National Agricultural Society and the consulate should be signed in the coming days.

The meeting was attended by the president of SNA, Antonio Alvarenga; the vice-president of the institution, Hélio Sirimarco; Rita Shilian, vice consul, and Li Ruilin, advisor to the Chinese consulate.
