Case IH is showcasing three new tractor series at Agritechnica 2025 in Hannover, Germany. The Farmall M, Puma, and Optum have received updates in performance, technology, and comfort, targeting different segments of the agricultural market.

Farmall M

The new Farmall M series comes with 4-cylinder, 3,6-liter engines, ranging from 100 to 120 hp, with three models: 100M, 110M, and 120M. The tractor reaches a maximum speed of 40 km/h at 1.970 rpm. It has a gross vehicle weight of 8.000 kg and a rear lifting capacity of 5.200 kg.

The ActiveDrive 4 transmission, a 16x16 semi-powershift system, allows for up to eight automatic gear changes. The optional front axle suspension improves traction on uneven terrain. The cab features a new suspension system, electronic joystick, and a design with enhanced visibility.

The Farmall M is available in two packages: Selection, which focuses on durability and cost-effectiveness, and Advanced, which includes a suspended cab, front axle with suspension, and an insulated seat.

Among its technological features, the model includes the FieldOps telemetry system, ISOBUS compatibility, Directsteer assisted steering, and the Pro 700 Plus guidance kit, with no subscription required for connectivity.

Puma with CVXDrive transmission

The new Puma series has been redesigned and is available in 155, 165 and 185 hp versions. The CVXDrive transmission improves performance in heavy loads and transport. The front axle with new suspension ensures a turning radius of 11,4 m and stability at 50 km/h.

The gross weight has been increased by 18%, reaching 13.500 kg, with a maximum load capacity of 5.500 kg. The new front power take-off with wet clutch and the redesigned hydraulic system increase the ability to operate with implements.

The cab received a new suspension system, a fully active seat, and a MultiController control arm. Features such as ISOBUS, TIM (Tractor Implement Management), and full connectivity with the FieldOps platform are integrated, with an electronic architecture prepared for future updates.

Optum: 435 hp

The Optum line now features three models: 360, 390, and 440, with power outputs up to 435 hp. All use an 8,7-liter Cursor 9 engine. The new 4x2 CVXDrive transmission maximizes power delivery to the ground. Top speed reaches 60 km/h. Turning radius is 6,1 m.

The 440 model delivers a constant power of 435 hp. The tractors feature an integrated central tire inflation system (CTIS) controlled by the Pro 1200 display. The maintenance interval has been extended to 750 hours.

The Optum also received improvements to its hydraulic system, with the option of a dual pump (360 l/min) and a new rear lift with greater capacity. The cab was updated with new access steps, an integrated toolbox, and a water tank for hand washing.

Connectivity is standard, with no subscription required. The model is compatible with ISOBUS and TIM. Integration with the FieldOps platform enables real-time agronomic and machine management.Read here an article about Optum tractors.)
