Planning irrigation is essential for the verticalization of production
Organizing processes, in addition to intensifying production, increases business profits
Campo Limpo Tampas e Resinas Plásticas developed, in partnership with FMC, an innovative lid for agrochemical packaging. The equipment has a laser-printed QR Code, Ecocap Smart directs the user to the company's website when reading the security seal using their cell phone. The new lid also has the company's brand printed on the seal, a feature that aims to reduce the risk of possible violations.
The solution developed is economical and sustainable. "Printing is a simple, intelligent and efficient idea, which allows access to the product batch from any cell phone, also providing security against counterfeiting. Laser engraving does not generate waste and can become a personalized communication channel", he explains Ricardo Bellinghini, director of Campo Limpo Tampas e Resinas Plásticas.
The project developed by FMC and Campo Limpo aimed at an accessible and functional solution. "The objective was to implement an identification concept, with more quality and efficiency, meeting the needs of FMC, which always prioritizes sustainability in all its production processes", says Denilson Almeida, technical coordinator of LATAM Packaging at FMC.
Available for the agricultural pesticide manufacturing industry, the technology connects the customer to the company's various content and enables marketing actions, promotions, awards and commemorative editions. "The solution expands the contact channels between customers and companies. The great difference of this technology is its simplicity, not requiring complex reading equipment", adds Ricardo.
Innovations in recycled products produced from raw materials from the Campo Limpo System (reverse logistics program for empty packaging and post-consumer leftovers from agricultural pesticides) add value to these artifacts and benefit the program. "The sale of these materials generates resources to maintain the reverse logistics program, which currently sends 94 out of every hundred packages it receives for recycling. It is a cycle that creates value within the System and for society, by generating jobs", highlights João Cesar Rando, CEO of inpEV, managing entity of the Campo Limpo System.
