The Camisc Cooperative, located in Southwest Paraná and West Santa Catarina, announced the creation of its Executive Board, a new organizational structure aimed at strengthening the integration between strategic areas and streamlining management processes. The board will be led by Jonathan Laux, Financial, Governance and Technology Director, Tiago Almeida, Commercial Director, and Clóvis Paulichen, Operations and Human Resources Director.
With complementary experiences, professionals assume essential responsibilities for the development of the cooperative, contributing to greater integration, operational efficiency, and support for strategic decisions.
The change aims to improve internal alignment, strengthen decision-making, and prepare Camisc for the upcoming challenges in agribusiness, while maintaining a focus on efficiency, growth, and value creation for cooperative members, clients, and communities.
