CNH has a new director for its dealership network

With two decades of experience at the company, Marcio Contreras will focus on regional strategy and commercial performance

CNH has appointed Marcio Contreras as the new director of development for its dealer network. Contreras, who has over 20 years of experience with the company, previously held the position of Marketing Director for New Holland in Latin America.

Based in Curitiba (PR), Contreras' responsibilities will include overseeing network performance metrics, identifying market opportunities, leading regional initiatives, and supporting organizational transformation processes in the distribution channel.

Throughout his career at CNH, Marcio consolidated experience in the areas of commercial leadership, channel strategy, and business transformation. He also served on the company's Innovation Committee and participated in initiatives related to startup ecosystems, such as Cubo Itaú and Fiep, in addition to developing leadership and entrepreneurship programs in partnership with the Brazilian government.

Marcio Contreras holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT) and has specializations in finance, marketing, business, administration, and leadership. His training has been conducted at institutions such as Harvard Business School, Tel Aviv University, Saint Paul Business School, and Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
