Bunge Global SA reported adjusted earnings per share of US$2,27 in the third quarter of 2025. Net income was US$166 million, down from US$221 million in 2024.

Adjusted operating profit (EBIT) jumped from US$491 million to US$757 million. The strong performance came mainly from the soybean processing and refining segments, as well as softseeds. Adjusted EBIT from soybean processing increased by 67%, reaching US$478 million. Refined soybean oil production totaled 932 tons, a 2,6% increase.

Soybean operations processed 12,1 million tons, a 30% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Grain sales more than doubled, reaching 7,2 million tons. This increase is due to the company's greater presence in Argentina following the acquisition of Viterra.

The softseeds segment recorded adjusted EBIT of US$275 million, more than double the previous year. The company processed 3,1 million tons, with Argentina, Canada, and Europe being the main markets. Refining produced 711 tons of oil.

In the grains segment, adjusted EBIT was US$120 million, driven by ocean freight and wheat milling. Bunge integrated sugar businesses into its portfolio, but suffered from lower performance in global wheat and corn trading.

The company maintained its forecast for adjusted annual earnings between $7,30 and $7,60 per share. In the quarter, it repurchased $545 million in shares.

Adjusted cash generation totaled US$1,18 billion in the first nine months of 2025. Operating cash flow was negative US$503 million, reflecting changes in working capital.
