Bunge Trainee Program 2020 has a vacancy in Rio Grande do Sul

With a 100% online selection process, Bunge is open for registration for the 2020 Trainee Program. Recent graduates and professionals with up to three years of training can register until August 13th, via the available website here.

The positions are for work in the company's Corporate, Food and Agribusiness areas, in units located in several Brazilian states, including Rio Grande do Sul. Professionals trained in areas such as Administration, Agronomy, Economics, Computer Science, Foreign Trade, Accounting, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering and Technology.

The selection process, which lasts two months, has four stages. In addition to the three traditionally remote phases, which include registration, gamification activity (digital gaming techniques) to analyze cognitive skills and group dynamics, the last stage of the process, panel with manager and final interview, will also be in a remote format this year.

"Trainees who join Bunge participate in a program that provides for the development of these young professionals in technical and behavioral aspects, allowing them to have total immersion in the company's business and create specific projects to respond to the challenges of the company's business areas", he explains Bunge's Talent Management manager, Lívia Medeiros.

The remuneration for trainees is R$6,5, with employment under the CLT regime. In addition to the basic benefits package, Bunge offers complementary pensions and access to the company's well-being and mental health program. Trainees also participate in Recompensar, a program that promotes additional compensation to company professionals based on meeting team goals and company results.
