BioCAZ announces Matheus Botelho as national sales manager.

Executive with experience in bio-inputs arrives to structure portfolio and lead market access.

BioCAZ announced this Tuesday (January 27th) the hiring of Matheus Botelho (pictured) as its new national sales manager. With extensive experience in the bio-inputs segment, the executive arrives with the mission of structuring the company's portfolio, building a team, and establishing market access.

According to Botelho, the initial focus will be on building a market access strategy capable of sustaining the company's long-term growth, through the consolidation of partnerships with resellers, farmers, and cooperatives. "We are creating and structuring an innovative and robust portfolio that will meet the needs of farmers, contributing to sustainable agriculture and generating value throughout the chain," he states.

Before assuming his new role, Botelho worked in companies in the biologicals sector such as Lallemand, Biotrop, and Ballagro, with a career focused on sales and experience in training, managing, and structuring sales teams.

The executive is an agricultural engineer, graduated from the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA), and holds an MBA in Commercial Management, Sales Team Management, Marketing, Credit and Collection from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
