Technology is increasingly present in the routine of Brazilian farmers. Perfecting and improving the performance of processes on the farm and increasing crop productivity has become the rule for those who want to have perpetuity in the activity. To help this modern and technological producer, the São Paulo company Bembras Agro has already confirmed its presence at the Digital Agro technology fair, which will be held between the 20th and 22nd of September, in Carambeí (PR), by Cooperativa Frísia.
During the event, which will bring together the main companies in the technology and innovation sector, Bembras will present to visitors and members the monitoring kit equipped with a drone and software, which helps producers map and control pests, pesticide waste and fertilizers in the field. . According to Johann Coelho, Co-founder and CPO, with a simple touch on the tablet or smartphone, the farmer has practicality and precision in obtaining data about his property in numbers and images.
This is possible through the FarmControl solution, which is a set of cutting-edge technologies, combining the mapping of a drone with the quality of the manufacturer DJI and the help of a NIR (near-infrared) camera, as well as information and analysis from advanced DroneDeploy software. and equipped with the largest variety of tools on the agricultural market. “Data helps in decision making in order to promote more assertive decisions. The software processes the information captured by high-resolution cameras in real time, making it possible to identify pests and other adverse crop conditions that can directly impact productivity”, says the professional.
In just three steps, the producer has all the data and information he needs to manage his crop. The process is very simple and efficient; the drone performs aerial mapping according to the customer's needs, and flies autonomously using a flight plan drawn up on a tablet or smartphone. Secondly, the images are processed on the DroneDeploy server. With the map in hand, in 2D or 3D, it is possible to analyze the area and stay up to date with the property's indexes through accurate reports.
Furthermore, the technology makes it possible to design planting lines, survey flaws, land elevation, contour lines, fertilization, variable rate application, plant and livestock counting, as well as other features. “The idea of the kit is that the producer, in a simplified way, obtains information so that, in a third stage, he sends, for example, prescriptions for application at a variable rate through maps to the tractor's GPS, which will carry out the application of products phytosanitary, including on autopilot, avoiding waste of inputs, workforce and time”, says Coelho.
In order for the user to get the most out of the solution, all steps and instructions for handling the drone and software, as well as data reading, are provided in training offered by the company, already included in the price of the package. The kit is available in three versions, basic, professional and advanced and all visitors to Digital Agro will be able to see the technology in action up close. “Digital Agro will present the main news from technology companies on the market. And we at Bembras Agro will present what we have that is most modern and efficient for Brazilian producers”, says the executive.
News - Bembras Agro, which has technology and innovation in its DNA, will soon present more news for the Brazilian producer. The company has just closed an agreement with Professor Dr. Cristiano Zerbato from the LAMMA laboratory at Unesp, and also with the Israeli expert from Tel Aviv Eitan Israeli - Agricultural Engineer and programmer, one of the greatest authorities in agribusiness, who will add his knowledge in the sector to company. Furthermore, the company is developing and integrating soil analysis and livestock monitoring technologies into the Brazilian reality.
