VI Conbraf Honors Professor Tomomassa Matuo, the “Personality of Brazilian Plant Health”

Officially communicated the activities of Globachem Protection de Cultivos do Brasil Ltda. the press. Initial operations are based on a portfolio of products acquired from Stockton Agrimor do Brasil in December 2020. They are carried out through distributors (initially business with the headquarters) and through local sales (from the branch) soon. But an increase in the quantity of products was confirmed “from 2022 onwards”.
Initially, Globachem Brasil's portfolio focuses on soybean, corn, cotton, pastures and some vegetables. The number of distributors was not disclosed. Likewise, the value involved in purchasing Stockton Agrimor products is not known.
Consultation with the Ministry of Agriculture today indicates that the company already has at least the following products registered in Brazil: Arena (2,4-D + picloram); Campeon (2,4-D-dimethylamine); Cruzaro 480 EC (Triclopyr-butotyl); Difcor 250 EC (difenoconazole); Dinky 200 SP (acetamiprid); GLOB-ZIM 500 SC (carbendazim); Ofek-Turbo (Azoxystrobin + tebuconazole); Potensate (glyphosate-isopropylamine salt); Querca 40 SC (nicosulfuron); Toco (picloram); Trinity 250 SC (flutriafol); Tropeiro (picloram); Turuna (2,4-D + picloram).
In terms of registered trademarks, Globachem Brasil currently has: Alon; Arena; Champion; Ofek; Potensate; Torch; Stump; Trinity; Tropero; Turuna.

Globachem Protection de Cultivos do Brasil Ltda is a single-member limited company, with share capital of R$750 thousand, headquartered in the city of São Paulo. It belongs to Glob-Agro BV, a private limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of Belgium, in 2020, with an initial share capital of EUR 10 thousand. Glob-Agro belongs to the company “K & E”, based in Belgium (Antwerp), managed by Koen Quaghebeur and Els Paesmans.
