Technicians go to the field to research sugarcane harvest in MG
During the field trip, information will be researched on the progress of the harvest and estimates of the production of cane, sugar and alcohol
30 launches over the next 10 years and 900 million euros in investments in research and development. This was the announcement by the Global President of Basf's Agricultural Solutions Division, Vincent Gross, on a visit to Brazil, where he presented the company's new business strategies in the country.
In the last three years alone, the company allocated around 60 million reais to the Global Research Center, located in Trindade (GO), focused on cotton and soybean cultivation. It is here that cultivars are developed and tested, with production potential and disease resistance tests.
Basf also presented its new business strategy, focused on bringing producers closer to the company and understanding their real present and future demands, with the aim of combining productivity, profitability and sustainability.
