The Bahia Farm Show 2026 presented its new features this week in Luís Eduardo Magalhães (BA), reinforcing the event's leading role in Brazilian agribusiness. The fair takes place from June 8th to 13th and celebrates its 20th edition with an expanded structure and new technologies focused on the visitor experience.

The complex has been expanded by 35% compared to the previous year, reaching 38 hectares, and is expected to bring together more than 500 exhibitors. The organization estimates the generation of more than 8 direct and indirect jobs and a total investment of approximately R$ 180 million, considering contributions from participating companies and institutions.

Among the new features are an app with a real-time interactive map, the use of electric vehicles for internal mobility, and a 24-hour monitoring center with facial recognition.

Over the course of two decades, the fair has followed the technological evolution of agriculture and has established itself as a showcase for innovations, bringing together solutions aligned with the main global markets. According to the president of the Association of Farmers and Irrigators of Bahia, Moisés Schmidt, the event is strategic for producers to evaluate investments and follow trends in a scenario of transformations in the sector.

Held in the main agricultural hub of Matopiba, the Bahia Farm Show also boosts the regional economy, with a direct impact on services and infrastructure in Luís Eduardo Magalhães.
