The internal prices of Arabica coffee are fluctuating with some force at the beginning of October, according to data from Cepea. Recent rains have been improving conditions in the field and resulting in good flowering, a scenario that generates expectations of greater production, and, consequently, puts pressure on prices in some days.
On the other hand, movements in the dollar and technical recovery in external values end up occasionally raising prices in Brazil. With this instability, many agents are away from the national spot market, keeping negotiations at a slow pace.
