Arabica coffee indicator fluctuates, but high prevails

Arabica coffee prices still show strong fluctuations in the Brazilian market, but increases have been predominant in recent days. Given this, Cepea researchers indicate that, even if slowly, values ​​have recovered part of the losses recorded in recent weeks.

In the external environment, arabica futures register a movement of technical recovery, after having experienced a series of losses – some devaluations are observed, influenced by favorable weather forecasts in Brazil.

As for Robusta, values ​​have been advancing in recent days and are already operating at the same levels observed at the end of October. According to Cepea researchers, the impulse continues to come from the increased demand for the variety. Furthermore, sellers, aware of recent appreciations, stay away from the spot, waiting for more intense price increases.
