Global petrochemical company Braskem has just launched its 2026 Internship Program for university and technical school students. Openings are available in various states across the country, and the goal is to train professionals ready for their early careers. Applications are open until October 3rd and can be submitted on the Eureca website (https://go.eureca.me/estagiobraskem2026_imprensa).
The Braskem internship is aimed at students aged 18 and older enrolled in various programs. For the university internship, students must be expected to graduate between 2027 and 2028, while for the technical internship, they must have worked for at least one year at the educational institution.
Braskem is one of the largest thermoplastic resin producers in the Americas and a world leader in biopolymer production. This allows interns to interact with global teams and participate in business-related projects. The program also offers other benefits: a competitive stipend, medical insurance, meal or cafeteria vouchers, transportation vouchers, parking or shuttle services, life insurance, and a birthday day off.
"Interns experience real development through challenging projects and mentoring from experienced professionals, in addition to working at a company that values diversity and innovation," says Gustavo Espinheira, Talent Attraction and Organizational Development Manager at Braskem. Another strength is inclusion. "Designing the program to accommodate people with different styles, backgrounds, histories, and characteristics aligns with our corporate culture and positively impacts the business," he emphasizes.
Braskem's Internship Program was recognized at the 2024 CIEE Awards as one of the best in Brazil. "The company's recognition as one of the best companies for internships reflects our strategy. We are passionate about transformation and focused on developing people's potential," he concludes.
