Antonio Sergio Ferreira Filho takes on leadership role at Bayer for Latin America

Antonio Sergio Ferreira Filho has taken on the position of "LatAm Quality & Pipeline Effectiveness Lead" at Bayer. The executive, who will work from Paulínia, has experience in areas such as agronomy, agribusiness and business strategy, in addition to a career marked by leadership in genetic improvement projects and pipeline development for crops such as corn and soybeans.

Prior to assuming his new position, Antonio held senior positions at Bayer, most recently as Latam Corn & Soybeans Pipeline Deployment & Intelligence Lead, where he led multicultural teams and strategic projects across Latin America. For nearly two years, he led the implementation and development of corn and soybean pipelines, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and innovation.
