American Vanguard Corporation announced on Monday (19) that its main subsidiary AMVAC Chemical Corporation acquired the Agrinos group of companies, a private technology company providing biological inputs for crops. Agrinos is a fully integrated biological input supplier with proprietary technology, in-house manufacturing and global distribution capabilities. The company's high-yield technology product platform works in conjunction with other crop nutritional inputs to increase crop productivity, improve soil health and reduce the environmental footprint of traditional agricultural practices.
