Sumitomo Chemical submits registration applications for new herbicide Rapidicil
The product belongs to a class of compounds known as protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO) inhibitors.
The Agrishow para Elas space received, on Wednesday 24/04, around 100 women rural producers from different states: SP, MG, MT, GO and the southern region of Brazil, to share experiences about their activities and overcoming in agribusiness. The meeting was organized by Lu Romancini, CEO and successor of Romancini Troncos e Balanças. "We women have a different perspective on the challenges we face and, despite the difficulties and the thought of giving up, our determination drives us, helping us to professionalize our business", declared Lu, citing the example that only 10% of rural properties in the Brazil have the trunks in their daily management activities.
"No company invests money to not have income, and we women are focused on producing with less risk and more productivity", highlighted Sônia Bonato, rural producer from Ipameri/GO and one of the guests invited to lead the event. Like her, agribusiness lawyer Ticiane Figueiredo complemented the women's difference, highlighting that "agribusiness is not for amateurs".
Also among those invited to the debate was Teka Vendramini, president of the Brazilian Rural Society, who highlighted that in many meetings of entities that represent agriculture, she was the only woman sitting at the table in front of an entity in the sector. "We still have a lot of room to conquer: be determined and don't give up!", she encouraged those present.
The Romancini Receive event took place in the Agrishow para Elas space and was part of the fair's program aimed at women in agriculture and rural producers.
