New credit and rural insurance instruments, capable of mitigating losses and protecting producers in scenarios of economic or climatic instability; the regulation and implementation of tax reform; rural governance and production insolvency are some of the topics of the sixth edition of the Brazilian Agribusiness Law Congress, an event organized by the Brazilian Institute of Agribusiness Law – IBDA. The event will take place on March 30, 2026 at the Renaissance Hotel in São Paulo, bringing together experts, public authorities and representatives of the private sector to discuss the main challenges impacting the future of Brazilian agribusiness.
“Brazilian agribusiness faces a scenario of increasing complexity, marked by climate volatility and the need to adapt to structural reforms. It is essential to improve risk management, adjusting it to the new fiscal and tax regulations recently incorporated into the legislation, in order to ensure greater efficiency and compliance. Only in this scenario can we ensure regulatory security, preserve competitiveness and guarantee the sustainable development of the sector,” he assesses.
